1. Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

• Customized or damaged items due to misuse are also non-returnable.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@superever.shop with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.

5. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus the restocking fee.
